Partial settlement (by the entity Respondent) of charges of bribery, including a $2 million bribe demanded by a senior government official of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu from a construction firm building Respondent’s 2.7 million square foot campus in Chennai, India. Coburn and Schwartz were Respondent's President and Chief Legal Officer and allegedly authorized the bribe.
