Defendants: SG Americas Securities LLC

Respondent, an indirect subsidiary of Parisian financial services company Societe Generale S.A., agreed to settle charges that it provided incomplete and inaccurate securities trading information ("blue sheet data") to the SEC. The SEC found that data was deficient for approximately 27.6 million transactions, due largely to undetected coding errors.
